Is the Bronze Level really FREE???
Yes! You will never be charged anything to be a member of Best School Year YET! at the Bronze Level.

Why is the Bronze Level free?
We want to ensure that everyone, regardless of income or financial resources can access tips and strategies to help give kids a head start on success–achieving greater levels of enjoyment and success at school and home.

Can I access the site without signing up?
No. In order to discourage spammers registration is required, however, we have made the entry level (Bronze) membership free of charge.

How do I upgrade/downgrade my membership?
To upgrade/downgrade your membership level click on the MY ACCOUNT tab, then choose SUBSCRIPTIONS, then CHANGE PLAN. (Note: Bronze is the lowest level of membership and cannot be downgraded. Additional membership levels will be added after the soft launch.)

Can I upgrade and only pay the difference?
Yes! You can upgrade any time. When you do the cost of the upgrade is pro-rated–so the sooner you upgrade, the more that is applied toward the upgrade.


Do you offer group/corporate memberships?
Yes! We offer group memberships to schools, businesses, and other organizations that would like to offer membership to Best School Year YET! to their group members/employees. It allows bulk memberships to be purchased centrally and administered by a central person in the group/organization.

Is there a discount on group/corporate memberships?
Yes, however discounts vary based on the size of the group/organization. Call/contact us to discuss pricing for your group.


What payment options are there?
Currently members can pay subscription fees using PayPal or Stripe which both allow for payment by credit card.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will be given on GOLD LEVEL (ANNUAL) plans for any full unused months remaining. Refunds will not be issued for partial months on any plan. For full details refer to the Terms & Conditions agreed to at registration.

Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts on group/corporate registrations and do periodically offer time-sensitive subscription discounts (terms and conditions may apply). Call/contact us if you have pricing inquiries.


Why can’t I access the groups?
Groups are only accessible with GOLD LEVEL membership. Check your membership level and consider upgrading to Gold Level is currently Bronze to gain access to our weekly “Ask the Coach” calls.

Where do you access the weekly “Ask the Coach” (Q&A) Calls?
Go to GROUPS and then click on the ASK THE COACH CALLS group. Once inside you will see Zoom call information. Calls can be accessed via the site or directly via the Zoom app.
